Needs assessment.

Conceptual design and review
Based on the needs assessment, CampusTech will design your system and provide details on recommended equipment locations, electrical infrastructure requirements, and the expected user experience. We'll review the conceptual design with you, key facility users, engineers, and whomever else it concerns to determine a suitable AV system design.
Revision to design
Throughout the conceptual design review, we may need to make some revisions to meet both functionality and budgetary needs. This could involve changes to the equipment list, the equipment locations, and/or the scope of the project. We'll work with you to ensure we are planning a feasible audio video system(s) before moving on to the next phase.
System Drawings
Once the design has been approved, you may request system drawings, which are blueprints of the recommended system. Electrical requirements will also be provided. CampusTech can assist with coordinating electrical requirements with respective trades, if desired. CampusTech can also define the AV system in the form of a performance specification, in order to define the project expectations consistently.
Move to build phase
After the system drawings are complete, we'll move on to the build phase. CampusTech will respect your organizations standard procurement practices during this phase. CampusTech is fully equiped to install, run low voltage cabling, commission, test, train, and service the planned AV system. If selected as the contractor who will carry out your project, our team will make sure that everything is installed correctly and set up properly to ensure seamless, easy, and enjoyable use of the AV system.
